  • Rockland Trust Middleboro-Interior/exterior renovation project to an 1,800sq/ft existing branch. This multi-phased project also included a new 350sq/ft addition. Installed a new roof truss system over an existing flat roof, relocated the existing drive-through teller window and carport, cut in new windows to existing brick and block building, strapped the brick and installed vinyl siding and soffit panels. This project entailed a total renovation to the parking lot, which included the removal of all existing hot top-regrade and installed new curbing and created landscape islands and planting beds. Interior renovations consisted of the selective removal of plaster ceilings and walls, building new partitions, ceilings, two new lavatories, new employee lounge, carpet wall covering, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Work was completed in five phases during an eleven week schedule. During the renovations the bank remained fully operational and was only closed for one Saturday for the installation of new teller line.

 

  • Rockland Trust Hull Branch-Renovations to the interior and exterior of the existing 1,800sq/ft building. Replacement of all existing windows and entry, relocation of the teller line. Constructed a new ATM vestibule, carpet, paint, new HVAC system, new ceiling and lighting. The exterior of the building was strapped and resided with Cedar Impressions and AZEK PVC trim to eliminate any paint on the exterior of the building due to the location. The renovation was completed in six weeks with the bank closed for only one day.
  • Rockland Trust Plymouth Branch-Interior renovations to a 4,000sq/ft branch. Relocation of new tellers line, new ceiling, flooring and painting.
  • Rockland Trust Whitman Branch-Complete demolition of interior. Rebuild to new layout with new tellers line, ceiling, flooring, painting and electrical.
  • Rockland Trust Norwell Branch-Complete interior renovation of the existing branch. Relocation of the teller’s line, new electrical service, new partitions, ceiling, flooring, painting and mill-work.
  • Rockland Trust Bridgewater Branch_Interior renovations to a 3,000 sq/ft branch. Removal of the existing ceiling, walls, flooring and teller’s line. Rebuild to new layout.
