Renovations of existing tenant space into an additional 8,000sq/ft office build-out along with modifications, paint and carpet in their existing 24,000 sq/ft space. Total renovation of existing main entry/reception area  and training room. This project was completed in phases which allowed the client the ability to stay operational during the entire renovation.
