  • Copley Place Boston MA-
    Public Restrooms- Total demo and remodel of existing public restroom. New restroom to be upgraded to high end finishes to meet Copley Place’s new standard.
  • Office Tower Restrooms & Common Area Upgrades-Remodel of four tower restrooms, elevator lobbies and common corridors. Additional renovation to existing office tower restrooms and common corridor areas throughout building.
  • Tower re-demise project & public corridor restroom renovation-Re-demise tower 3 floor 7.  Floor plate into a two tenant configuration, also construction of new corridor to accommodate two tenants. Includes renovations to existing restrooms.
  • CIEE-Renovations of 8,660sq/ft of existing office space and build-out of 9,830 sq/ft of new office space. All work was performed in two phases while CIEE was still conducting their daily business.
  • Commonwealth Limo-Renovations to existing 2,800sq/ft office area and build-out of an additional 3,000sq/ft office.
  • Boston Duck Tours-Construction of new 30′x17′ pre-engineered building. Work to include structural foundation with liassons.
  • Lockheed Martin-Interior renovations to an existing 9,500sq/ft space consisting of new flooring, painting,patching of existing ceiling and building a secure computer room.
  • Neoscape-Renovations to the second floor consisting of demolition of partitions and work stations for an open floor plan. Relocation of existing lighting, rework existing stair railing system and furnish and install  new glass entry and flooring.
