Coordinating with building management, client, client vendors, engineers, architects and a tight schedule was key in bringing this project to successful completion. The work entailed an extensive interior renovation to an existing 14,000 sq/ft space including multiple conference rooms, all new finishes, kitchenette, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and powered office furniture.
