• Ready Made Suites-This project consisted of approximately 42,000sq/ft of raw space in the 300 Building and converting into new Ready Made Office Spaces consisting of half on the second floor and the entire third floor. Build-out with all new mechanical systems and electrical service into the building to serve the 2-4th floors. New mechanical /electrical rooms and new restrooms on all three floors.
• Regus-Total new build-out of approx 16,000sq/ft raw space with all new mechanical and electric rooms.
• Kindred Healthcare-Expansion of existing tenant into an adjacent 4,000sq/ft space. Total renovation along with the renovation of there existing 24,000sq/ft space. The project was completed in phases so the client could remain operational during the entire project. Work included new carpet and paint as well as (2) large training rooms that required an additional seven ton roof top unit.
• Northrop Grumman-Major renovations to an existing 80,000sq/ft tenant space on the first and second floors. Work included new offices and special SCIF rooms. Large HVAC and Electrical.
• Genesis Health Care-Installation of new carpet tile and paint to an existing 30,000sq/ft tenant. The project was completed at night in phases so the client could remain operational.
• I-Logix- New office build-out of 28,000sq/ft which included all new mechanical equipment and electrical rooms.
