Eighteen month series of renovation projects at the 495 Business Center. This was  a total rehab of over 170,000sq/ft of commercial property that included new facades, all new restrooms, fire protection, mechanicals, electrical, elevator banks, interior egress stairs, roof and major structural repairs and upgrades. At the exterior of the complex we installed a new 100,000sq/ft parking lot, drainage, walkway connecting adjacent buildings, retaining walls, and entrance patio.
