J. Pace and Sons Downtown

Beginning with an existing vacant space, This project consisted of building a take-out Italian specialty food shop, with tile floors, millwork, and soffit details.

Despite a tight deadline, the work was completed by the client's target opening date; and with careful scheduling of subcontractors, we were able to avoid any costly overtime.
