H+H Builders, Inc. currently has opportunities for Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to provide construction management services on large and small scale commercial projects in and around the Boston area.

Prime candidates should possess the following:

Project Manager:

• The Project Managers will be responsible for all phases of a project from start to finish
• Provide overall management direction on all projects
• Establish project objectives and policies
• Will have direct communication with owners and architects
• Experience in the bidding process
• The ability to read architectural blue prints
• Submittal processing
• Procurement of subcontractors and materials
• Budget & scheduling
• Resolve construction issues
• Billing/purchase orders/contracts
• Working knowledge of MS office/MS Outlook and internet

Assistant Project Managers:

• Will support the Project Manager.
• Must have previous work experience with a General Contractor working on projects from start to finish in an Assistant Project Manager role
