Bain & Company

Bain & Company enlisted H & H Builders for the build-out of one newly leased floor and the renovation of two existing floors, totalling 115,000 square feet.

Renovation work was scheduled in an 18-week phase for each floor. This high-end corporate space included offices, video conference room, library, computer room, and a sweeping curved steel, glass and cherry millwork stairway connecting two floors.
